Direct Billing

We are happy to offer direct billing Pacific Blue Cross insurance. For billing to other insurance providers we will provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement. We are currently not accepting any new patients with ICBC or worksafe BC insurance claims.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please cancel any unneeded appointments with as much notice as possible. A late cancellation fee will be applied to appointments cancelled with under 24 hours notice and missed appointments.
