Whit (Nguyet) Truong
Co-Owner/RMT
Whit has been a practicing registered massage therapist for more than seven years.
She believes each individual is unique and tailors each treatment specifically to each client’s needs. Focusing on rehabilitative massage, she uses a wide variety of techniques during treatment. These include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active stretching, and Swedish massage among others.
Whit has proven success in treating conditions ranging from musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, postural dysfunctions, to chronic pain conditions.
She practices Vinyasa Yoga and has a keen interest in holistic healing practices. When Whit is not helping clients at Apana Massage Collective, she can be found outdoors; bike-packing, hiking or camping.
Whit continues to upgrade her expertise in the field of massage therapy through continuous learning that help broaden her knowledge and hone her skills.

Sue Hartling
Co-Owner/RMT
Sue has a passion for health care and holistic wellness. After getting her Bachelor of Science in Biology she completed the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010. She has also been a long time student of hatha yoga and meditation. All of these have influenced her practice of massage therapy and inform her treatment approach as a blend of evidence-based, intuitive and holistic care.
Sue is a firm believer that one size does not fit all and adapts each treatment to suit the patient’s needs. She loves deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release work and the challenge of making those treatments a relaxing experience.
Sue is currently excited about learning more about Craniosacral therapy and incorporating it into her practice.
In her spare time Sue can be found in nature with her dogs.
